Sailing the Adriatic
Adriatic charter, Adriatic sailing and so much more

Adriatic sailing conditions

The Dalmatian coastline and its myriad islands provide the perfect Croatia sailing holiday destination. The Adriatic is one of the most beautiful and cleanest seas in the world where you can swim in the clearest warm turquoise waters from May until October. The eight winds of the Adriatic ensure that conditions are always interesting and create an ideal and long season for sailing. The beautiful Mediterranean climate, stunning coastline and glorious beaches are reasons enough to sail here.

Dalmatia moorings and anchorages

There are a variety of mooring options to suit your style of sailing. Choose from fully serviced modern marinas to traditional town quays, harbour mooring buoys or safe anchorages in stunning secluded bays. We can advise which will be suitable for your particular mix of crew and individual interests, whether you are seeking peaceful retreat or lively nightlife.

Skippered yacht charter

Many crews, even if experienced, choose to employ the services of a skipper so they can really explore the limits of the boat, extend their own sailing knowledge and glean some inside information on the local conditions. We can provide you with the appropriate skipper for your mix and experience of crew.

RYA sailing tuition

We work with an established sailing school with English speaking instructors. Under the experienced instruction of a qualified RYA instructor, you can learn to sail as a complete beginner or improve your existing sailing skills.

Sail and stay

We can arrange accommodation in a variety of beautiful locations for those who wish to extend their stay and visit the many attractions ashore.

Eating out in Dalmatia

We can show you where to go to experience the very best of Dalmatian hospitality and atmosphere, from hideaway konobas to more international dining where specific dietary requirements can be catered for.

Dalmation visitor attractions

The Split region in Central Dalmatia is renowned for old town quays and stone villages. The historic Dioclesian palace and the Medieval town of Trogir are both UNESCO world heritage sites. The islands of Hvar - named one of the 10 loveliest islands in the world - with its Pakleni Islands, Brac, Vis and Solta are all well worth visiting.
